Application Method
〈International House Residence Management System〉Please fill out the "Application Format" (Excel) and send it to your academic supervisor. Your application will be completed when the "Application Format" is registered on the International House Residence Management System. Please note that the registration for new application should be done through your academic supervisor.（International students can’t access this system by yourself.)

International Student and Researchers
Application period is twice a year; around January for spring semester and July for fall semester. Now we are accepting applications for the International House for academic year 2025 (spring semester). International students who request to reside in the International House are advised to read Application Guideline carefully, then submit the application through your academic supervisor by January 31, 2025.
*Please take note there would not be enough rooms for all applicants.
