Application Method
〈International House Residence Management System〉Please fill out the "Application Format" (Excel) and send it to your academic supervisor. Your application will be completed when the "Application Format" is registered on the International House Residence Management System. Please note that the registration for new application should be done through your academic supervisor.（International students can’t access this system by yourself.)

International Student
Application period is twice a year; around January for spring semester and July for fall semester. Now we are accepting applications for the International House for academic year 2024 (Spring Semester). International students who request to reside in the International House are advised to read Application Guideline carefully, then submit the application through your academic supervisor by January 31, 2024. You can download the Application Format below.
*There is a possibility that there are not enough rooms to accommodate everyone.
Researchers
Application is acceptable through your host supervisor from two month before moving. Please apply through your host supervisor if would like to reside in the International House.You can download the application form below.
