【For Current Students】Application for Tuition Fee Exemption for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2024 (Privately Financed International Students)
Privately Financed International Students who want to apply for Tuition fee Exemption of first semester 2024 F.Y., must do two-step application.(Application Step-1) Input into the online application system
(Application Step-2) Submit the application documents (after completion of system entry, print out and fill in the form ) and required documents by "Letter Pack Light".
【Attention】Please note that the application periods are different for students enrolled in April 2024.
【Eligibility】
Privately Financed International Students who meets the Academic and Economic criteria. (Please refer to Application guidebook the below that you can download.)

Application method is described in the "Application Guidebook for Tuition Fee Exemption for 2024 Academic Year“. Please read it carefully, and apply it.

If you were living in Japan on 1 January, 2023, please prepare Income(tax)certificate of FY2023(for income earned during 2022). If you have a family, please prepare the same for them.
【Application period】(Category A: General)
(Application Step-1) From February 21 to February 29, 2024.
(Application Step-2) From February 23 to March 4, 2024.
