President Taniguchi Attended the 55th Anniversary Event of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
On October 27, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Vietnam, which has a university-level exchange agreement with Kumamoto University), held its 55th anniversary event in Vietnam to commemorate the founding of the university. President Taniguchi of Kumamoto University attended this event.
The large ceremony was held at the university arena, as about 1,000 guests such as Vietnam government officials, Ho Chi Minh City government officials, higher education institutions, graduates and undergraduates, as well as corporations including Japanese companies watched.
