Montana State University and Kumamoto University Philharmonic Orchestra to Hold Joint Concert

The Kumamoto University Philharmonic Orchestra will hold a joint concert with students from Montana State University (MSU), one of Kumamoto University’s long-standing partner institutions in the United States.

Kumamoto University and MSU signed a inter-university exchange agreement in 1987 and have since maintained active collaboration in research, student exchange, and language programs. This concert is organized as part of these ongoing exchanges and aims to promote international understanding through music.

A total of 44 students and faculty members from MSU will visit Kumamoto in March. After participating in joint rehearsals with Kumamoto University students, they will perform together at the concert. The concert is open to the public (ticket required).
