(Note)
・The applicants for Admission Fee Exemption / Postponement do not pay the admission
fee until the results are announced.
・”Admission Fee Postponement” is to allow postponement of payment of the admission fee, not exemption.
・Students who want to apply for tuition exemption only, (ex: students who will be admit as internal a higher-level school) should also download Application Guidebook the below.
【Eligibility】
Privately Financed International Students who meets the Academic and Economic criteria. (Please refer to 08_4_Admission Fee Exemption and Postponement / 08_5_Tuition Fee Exemption)
【How to apply】
Privately Financed International Students who want to apply for Admission Fee Exemption / Postponement and Tuition fee Exemption for first semester 2024 A.Y, must do two-step application.
(Application Step-1) Input into the online application system
(Application Step-2) Submit the application documents (after completion of system entry, print out and fill in the form ) and required documents by "Letter Pack Light".
(Note)
・The Internet admission and registration must be completed in order to Application for Admisson fee Exemption / Postponement and Tuition Fee Exemption for first semester 2024 A.Y.
・If you were living in Japan on 1 January, 2023, please prepare Income(tax)certificate of FY2023(for income earned during 2022). If you have a family, please prepare the same for them (Spouse only. Submission is not required for those under the age of 18.).
