We are pleased to announce that Kumamoto University will hold the Graduation Ceremony for the 2020 academic year in the format described below.
All students expected to graduate or complete their degrees and their families and other people concerned were undoubtedly looking forward to the graduation ceremony, an important event in their lives. However, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to hold the ceremony on a smaller scale to prioritize the health and safety of all participants.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Graduation Ceremony for the 2020 academic year Date and Time: Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 10:00 AM Venue: Kumamoto Kenritsu Gekijo (Kumamoto Prefectural Theater) Attendees: Representatives of graduates selected from each faculty
(They will be contacted from each faculty.) *People other than the representatives are asked to refrain from attending.
Each faculty will contact graduates regarding their diploma.
