Ready for Kumamoto: October 2026 Admission Briefing
On August 28, 2026, the Kumamoto University Liaison Office at ITS hosted an online briefing via Zoom for students preparing to enroll at Kumamoto University in October 2026.
The event brought together 27 participants and five members of the Management Board of PPIJ-Kumamoto (Indonesian Students Association in Kumamoto), which represents Indonesian students at Kumamoto University.
The session opened with remarks and words of encouragement from Ms. Mia Hernawati of the Kumamoto University Liaison Office at ITS, followed by a welcome and motivational message from Mr. Hafidzh, Chair of PPIJ-Kumamoto. Participants also received useful information and advice on pre-departure preparations and daily life in Kumamoto from Mr. Ilyas and Ms. Fynza. The session was moderated by Ms. Luna.
Throughout the event, students actively participated in Q&A sessions, discussions, and informal sharing of experiences. These interactions created a warm and supportive environment, helping the students prepare for the start of their new academic journey in Japan.
The Kumamoto University Liaison Office at ITS and PPIJ-Kumamoto remain committed to strengthening collaboration and providing guidance and support to students enrolling in both degree and non-degree programs at Kumamoto University.
