President of Pukyong National University (South Korea) visits Kumamoto University
On December 23th 2022, Dr. Jang Young-Soo, President of Pukyong National University, paid a courtesy call to Dr. Jun Otani, Trustee and Vice President for Research and Global Strategy at Kumamoto University (KU). Pukyong National University (PKNU) is located in Busan Metropolitan City, the second largest city in South Korea. KU and PKNU signed a university-level exchange agreement in 2011 and have conducted numerous student/research exchanges since then.During the meeting, the two universities exchanged opinions on the characteristics of both universities and their future initiatives. They then agreed to share future information on human resource development in the semiconductor field.
This courtesy call strengthens the cooperative relationship our two universities and helps to promote future student & researcher exchanges.
