This online (Zoom) lunch-time lecture series is provided by the International Research Center for Medical Sciences (IRCMS) and focuses on the "motivations, obstacles and joys of pursuing a resesearch career." After a brief talk from a peer or veteran researcher of a similar career path, participants will engage in discussion and get advice on any career topic.

This will be the fifth lecture in the series and is the first time to feature a speaker from outside of Japan.
