The Establishment of Kumamoto Earthquake Revitalization Project Foundation
In the recent Kumamoto Earthquake 2016, many staff members were affected while significant number of infrastructures and facilities were damaged. Kumamoto University is now gearing towards revitalization work in resuming its functions as a university. We are grateful for the plentiful donations (relief funds) received from many companies, organization and individuals. In view of this, Kumamoto Earthquake Revitalization Project Foundation is set up within the Kumamoto University Endowment. We ask for your kind support and cooperation with this.◆Kumamoto Earthquake Revitalization Project Foundation (New)
With regards to the Revitalization Project Foundation, if the donation is meant for a particular project or a specific faculty/graduate school/research center, one shall indicate the purpose of the donation during the application. The university will however prioritize the expenditure of fund for student and international student victims of the university as a whole.
