Regarding Mental Health in Response to the Earthquake
 
We extend our deepest sympathies to those affected by the earthquake.  Kumamoto University is offering aid to those who have suffered mental stress as a result of the earthquake. 
 
Persons who feel emotionally unstable or panic-stricken are encouraged to make a reservation with the counseling offices listed below.  Available hours are 9AM to 5PM.
