Admission into the museum
Application for Permission to Photograph within the museum:
In general, photography in The Memorial Museum of the Fifth High School (including the Chemical Experiment Area) is not allowed. For an exception, if you wish to photograph the Museum for research or commemorative purposes, please submit the "Application for Photography within The Memorial Museum of th Fifth High School." Please note that this application does not allow for the photographing of documents.

Application for photography and use of graphics from the Museum:
Please fill out the "Special Permission for Listing/Photography" in order to use the museum's photos, documents, other printed matter, publications, movies, TV or radio programs or DVDs. This applies to photos taken by your company and to data that is available at the museum.

Those who wish to read, copy or photograph our materials for research and other purposes should apply for special permission by completing the "Application for Special Permission."

Application for group access:
Parties requiring group access to the museum should submit the "The Memorial Museum of the Fifth High School Group Access" form at least 2 weeks before the visit. As The Memorial Museum of the Fifth High School does not have privileged parking space, it is necessary to use the University car park. Please understand that the car park may not be available on occasions of other University events.
Application to use the classrooms
Please submit the "Permission to use Classrooms" document for The Memorial Museum of the Fifth High School (including the Chemical Experiment Area) in order to use the museum classrooms. In principle, the use of classrooms is permitted to members of the University only. External parties are allowed to use the classrooms only with special permission from the museum curator.
