When you plan any trips abroad (including personal trips), please ensure to notify of your trip plan to the Educational Affairs Division officers at your faculty/school prior to the trip.Please register the detailed itinerary of your travel for the "Application Form of Overseas Travel" and submit your “Notification of Overseas Travel” form to the Educational Affairs Division officers at your faculty/department.
