The Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology at Kumamoto University is currently accepting applications for a Professor or Associate Professor in the field of Robotics, Control, and Instrumentation within the Division of Industrial Fundamentals.
 

Details of the Position
Title and Number of Positions: Professor or Associate Professor (female applicants only), 1 position

  1. Start Date: As early as possible on or after April 1, 2026

  2. Affiliation: Field of Robot, Control, and Instrumentation, Division of Industrial Fundamentals, Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology

  3. Field of Specialization: Control Engineering (theory and applications)

  4. Responsibilities: Teaching lectures, experimental training courses, and liberal arts courses related to mechanical engineering, especially in the above-mentioned field of specialization

  5. Application Deadline: Applications must be received no later than August 29, 2025.
