We are pleased to announce that we will hold the entrance ceremony of the faculties and graduate schools of Kumamoto University for 2021 academic year as follows.
For the ceremony, we will implement full measures against the spread of the novel coronavirus infectious disease and participants will be limited to newly enrolled students to prioritize the health and safety of all participants.
We request for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Date & Time: From 10:00 a.m., Sunday, April 4, 2021 (Doors open at 9:20 a.m.) Venues: Concert Hall, Kumamoto Prefectural Theater (undergraduate students)

Important note:
Install the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA) on your smartphone or other device in advance. (Required)
If you have a fever or feel unwell, please refrain from attending the ceremony.
Be sure to wear a mask in principle when attending the ceremony.
Sanitize or wash your hands frequently.
Do not speak loudly in and around the venues.
Students’ parents and other family members are requested to refrain from attending the ceremony.
Note: The ceremony will be streamed live online.
