Tuition fee exemption
There is a tuition fee exemption system for students with financial difficulties. Full exemption and half exemption are available. These can be applied for the academic year following entrance to the university, but it is not guaranteed that the fees will be exempted. The application period every year is around February for the whole year and around July for the second semester. Please confirm the exact dates with the Student Life Division. Research students and non-regular students are not eligible to apply for tuition fee exemption.
